People looking for housing, real estate enthusiasts and those interested in buying real estate for investment purposes could participate in the TNI National Real Estate Fair that started on Friday, October 28, 10.00 am, at the Palace of Parliament.
This year's edition brought together 120 exhibiting companies that prepared more than 25,000 offers of new and old housing: studios, apartments, villas, holiday homes in Bucharest, ILFOV, Sebeș, Constanța, Năvodari, Mamaia, Valea Prahovei, Dubai, Cyprus and France. The cheapest property was priced at 29,200 euros and was a 24sqm studio in Drumul Taberei, offered by Remax Activ, while the most expensive property promoted at the fair cost 6 million euros and was an individual villa in Dubai, fully furnished, equipped, with indoor swimming pool and luxury facilities, from the Emax Real Estate portfolio.
For those interested in buying land, prices started at 8,120 euro for an 812sqm plot of land in Brebu, Valea Prahovei, from the Mervani Invest portfolio and went up to 3.5 million euro for a 32,400sqm plot of land in Popești Leordeni, which was promoted by Re/MAX IMPACT.
